Stranded in the Pennsylvania woods, the final three hippies are in a fight for their lives against an army of zombies made up of their former friends and lovers. To make matters worse, the zombies appear to be controlled by a messianic zombie named Deadhead. Even as the few survivors struggle to survive the night, it remains unclear if they will be able to escape the zombie virus.
